Shipping of Spare Parts

UK Deliveries:

BCF Handling Ltd use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12noon on the same day (weekends & public holidays excluded). Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. The delivery lead-time commences from the day of dispatch. At checkout you can select the delivery type you want:

- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Aims to deliver in two to three working days - see Royal Mail website for their terms & conditions for this service).

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Aims to deliver in one to two working days - see Royal Mail website for their terms & conditions for this service).

These services require a signature at time of delivery (check the Royal Mail website for current Covid 19 guidance). Flexible delivery options available - including Safeplace and delivery to a preferred neighbour. (If you require the delivery driver to leave your order in a Safeplace/ with a neighbour, please provide instructions at checkout).

These services include SMS or email notifications to recipients (please provide your email address/ phone number at checkout) and are tracked to delivery point (you will be provided with a unique delivery reference and link to Royal Mail's delivery tracking website for your order.

Overseas and Ireland Deliveries:

BCF Handling Ltd use UPS for deliveries to destinations outside of the UK (with the exception of some smaller sized parcels which will be sent by Royal Mail International delivery).

Delivery lead times depend on the final destination of the order and custom procedures at your country. Most European countries are a 5-7 day delivery lead time. If you need confirmation of delivery lead time, please contact us prior to making your order.

Shipping from the UK to EU countries post-Brexit

Since 1st January 2021, parcels to Europe are subject to customs and duty fees. This means that goods shipped between EU countries, UK mainland and Northern Ireland have to clear customs and require a commercial invoice and other export documentation.

UPS has two price bands for EU countries:

EU countries Group 1: Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland

EU countries Group 2: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden, Spain

Postage & Packaging

We calculate shipping fees on weight. Our P&P (Postage & Packaging) costs factor in the cost of delivery and also packing materials required to safely pack your items so that they do not get damaged in transit.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping of Pallet Trucks & Material Handling Equipment

BCF Handling Ltd offer FREE DELIVERY of material Handling equipment in mainland UK only. For orders in Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands & Isle of Man, please contact us prior for shipping costs.

BCF Handling Ltd DO NOT OFFER DELIVERY of material Handling equipment to countries outside of the United kingdom.

Payment

BCF Handling Ltd require payment prior to delivery of orders placed on our website.

We use Shopify Payments, which is a safe and secure e-commerce payment provider that accepts all major debit and credit cards.

Once at checkout you will be able to select your preferred payment method.

Returns

Any cancellations, returns and refunds are at our discretion, except for faulty or defective products. In order to proceed with your request, please contact us at info@bcfhandling.com, indicating your order number and the request motivation.

With the exception of bespoke products, should you order products as a consumer, to cancel your purchase, you must notify us before the order is shipped or within 14 days of delivery, beginning on the day after your delivery. Any request beyond this timeframe will not be taken into account.

Should your request be accepted, and products already delivered, they must be returned in their original and unused condition within 14 days from the cancellation. You’ll be accountable for the product returning expenses and a restocking fee might be withheld from the refund amount; please contact us to arrange the return.

In case of a refund, it will be credited back to the original payment method, within 14 days after receiving the goods back. Please consider that the refund amount might be reduced, in case the value product have been decreased as a consequence of the way in which the products have been handled.
